Where do I file a claim?
Please send all claims to the claim mailing address listed on the employee's ID card. If you do not have a copy of the card, contact our office at (800) 723-0202 option 1 to confirm the correct address to mail claims.

Yes, we accept electronic filing and our WebMD/Emdeon payor ID number is 36347. Please verify claim submission information on the member's card prior to electronic filing.
