Where do I file a claim?

Please send all claims to the claim mailing address listed on the employee's ID card. If you do not have a copy of the card, contact our office at (800) 723-0202 option 1 to confirm the correct address to mail claims.

Yes, we accept electronic filing and our WebMD payor ID number is 36347. Please verify claim submission information on the member's card prior to electronic filing.
